Presentation of the project to the Resident Initiatives Fund committee, securing the maximum funding of €1500. Strategic project definition: selection of a series of events highlighting sustainable fashion, women empowerment, diversity, and inclusivity through fashion. Research and selection of designers, amateur models, photographers, and volunteers from CIUP residents.

**Organization of two sustainable fashion workshops**: first workshop on natural fabric dyeing, second on upcycling and customizing old garments. Search for venues within the CIUP houses and partnership with resident committees and house directors. Collaboration with 2 expert seamstresses for the upcycling workshop.
